Charge's Swastika Knife Issued to Bund Children
New York City -- This knife, bearing a swastika insignia and the words, "Blut und Ehre" (Blood and Honor), is being issued to the German-American Bund's Jugendschaft, an organization of youngsters, it is charged by the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League. The blade, more than five inches long, is being issued from a Sullivan County Bund Camp to boys between eight and 18 years old, the League said. It is described as an "Honor Dagger." The Jugenschaft, it is reported, is similar to the Hitler Youth movement.
