Description
verso labeled in typeset: 1302546 An interesting photo made outside a voting booth in the Free City of Danzig during the recent plebiscite in which the Nazis, despite a spectacular campaign, suffered their first setback. The picture shows an aged woman being carried from the polling place in a litter chair after she had cast her ballot. Her bearers all show the familiar swastika emblem on their sleeves.
