Bride Hears Him Tell Appreciation of Gifts
The multitude of gifts showered on him and his actress bride, Emmi Sonnemann, by an admiring nation caused General Hermann Goering, Prussian Premier, to thank their well wishers from the stage of a Berlin auditorium. The former Emmi Sonnemann, left, holds two of the elaborate bridal bouquets included in the offerings, while General Goering extends "our heartiest thanks for your many, many remembrances."
