Description
Government troops attacked the broadcasting station in Vienna and Nazis had taken possession and barricaded themselves. The Nazis had held up an announcer and broadcast the false statement that Chancellor Dollfuss had resigned. Shortly after it was found the Chancellor had been assassinated.
